Welcome to the OCD Center of Los Angeles Blog

Welcome to the OCD Center of Los Angeles blog.  The focus of our blog is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety-based conditions, including:

We view this blog as an opportunity to provide our thoughts on relevant, timely issues related to the above conditions.  Topics include interesting themes we see in our clinical practice, as well as relevant issues drawn from current events, – basically, anything related to OCD and other anxiety-based conditions.

The OCD Center of Los Angeles is a private outpatient center specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of OCD and related conditions.  We have eight therapists on staff, all of whom specialize in CBT, and all of whom contribute their insights to our blog.  In addition to individual therapy, we also offer six therapy/support groups, as well as online therapy and an intensive outpatient program.
